Several years ago, the entire Northeast region of the US had an extremely low level of interest in becoming a Sailor, and after much research we discovered, in most cases, it was because family members were talking their children out of a military career. How does one convince parents and loved ones that having their children join the Navy is a great career move? By introducing them to other naval parents. And Navy for Moms was born.
We launched the social site all over several major cities across the Northeast, with full media take-overs in high-profile areas and moved the recruiting needle all over the region.

The need for professionals in STEM fields is reaching critical levels in the United States. The Navy offers highly technical careers with advanced training in everything from engineering to aviation, health care to information technology. Creating awareness of the numerous opportunities available was no small task.
This traveling tour had components tailored to reach high school students, those already in a STEM career path in college, and adults already in the workforce. It had to incorporate technologically-forward concepts, such as advanced robotics and medical technologies, while educating viewers on the near unlimited careers possibilities within the Navy.
