Ted provides vision, leadership and hands-on experience. He has category experience with beauty, hair care, liquor, soft drinks, electronics, travel, tourism, cosmetics, automotive, fast food, and government accounts.

He has outstanding presentation and leadership skills and excels at developing creative strategies, and launching new products.

And he co-founded Lockhart & Pettus Inc., once the nation’s third largest minority-owned ad agency.
