Columbia Sportswear
Successfully executed over 400 styles through production from 2011-2013. Men’s, Women’s, Youth, technical outerwear, performance and lifestyle sportswear, and accessories. Through creative direction documents, implemented seasonal branding, color, and silhouette created cohesive collections and deliveries.

Nike Golf
Worked with Golf Apparel product design team in creating SPSU 2012, FAHO 2012, SPSU 2013 collections. Specific concentration on Men’s and Women’s Premium and Tiger Woods lines. Designed prints and silhouettes based on creative and design direction in conjunction with collaborating with material, tech design and merchandising teams to understand optimal product creation. Integral in launching new silos in Nike Golf. Product proudly featured on several PGA players including Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Rory has been seen recently in a commercial showcasing the official Nike Golf Tartan pants. Erica initiated the idea to collaborate with Lochcarron Mills in Scotland to produce an exclusive and officially registered tartan.

Created young men’s clothing line for online sales utilizing unlicensed blanks and local screen-printing facilities. Based on trend and color research, successfully produced complete digital look-book. Broadened knowledge of finishing, surface treatments, licensing, trade marking, embroidery digitizing and sourcing.
Contract Worker and Freelance Designer
Eisenlohr Studios
Under the registered business of Eisenlohr Studios, worked on a variety of multiple short term projects: Inside Sales and Purchasing Agent at Incentra Solutions, Wardrobe Rejuvenator and Personal Shopper, and Custom Suiting Designer via Michael Allen's PDX. Gathered insight into small business opportunities in Portland and basic skills of business book keeping and S.O.P.s. Learned about quality craftsmanship, networking, and discipline in a competitive landscape.
Assistant Designer Summer Intern
Matteo
Managed hotel bed linen design project. Design chosen by hotels from among a competitive group of companies for use in their historic properties. Worked closely with in-house pattern makers and sample sewers on various projects. Data collection and sourcing goods were highly emphasized. Creative direction documents and conceptual prototypes engineered that summer can also be seen throughout current product 8 years later. Products by Matteo featured in Restoration Hardware continue to reflect colors, textures, and designs initiated by Erica.
