Karmen Lizzul, Creative Director, basically grew up washing dishes and waiting tables in her father's Italian restaurant in Long Island, New York. Because of this work, she became obsessed with details from a very young age. Every dish had to go out of the kitchen looking great. As a freshman at the School of Visual Arts, she even designed the menus and sold her first painting to one of the regular customers .
