The Institutional Properties Group is a worldwide leader in the disposition of income-producing properties for third-party owners. The New York Institutional Group, a division within IG, is a multi-faceted institutional sales team, whose primary focus is the sale of office, industrial, multi-family and retail sales along the east coast and in the New York Tri-State region in particular. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that are all centered on the pursuit, marketing and sale of office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and mixed-use properties, primarily in the New York Tri-State region. The job requires an individual who is able to perform at a high level in a time sensitive, team-oriented environment. This individual will be based in our Saddle Brook office and work under the direct supervision of Senior professionals and various members of the team. Position responsibilities and attributes include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Creates and produces electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for the sale of properties including but not limited to customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research. Materials include offering memorandums, e-campaigns, property brochures, proposals and presentations. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and responsive service to internal and external clients. Understands the importance of being client-service minded. Not afraid to problem solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from members of the team. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and needs of our clients. Collaborates continually with team members to source information needed to complete projects, often under tight deadlines. Takes initiative and can self-manage. Resourceful when approaching projects and ability to navigate through obstacles to bring projects to fruition, and can effectively multi-task in fast-paced environment. Act as single-point-of-contact for all data requirements from the sales team, including information related to marketing, research and financial analysis. Updates and maintains various information databases. Generates standard reports as required and assist with investment website updates (as needed). Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials. Possesses advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Other duties may be assigned. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. *Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is required which includes InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
