Digital Project Manager

CFR is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join its growing Digital team. The Digital Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Product and Design, will be working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment handling a varied portfolio of high visibility projects with many stakeholders and sometimes competing priorities. Working closely with the product managers, they will be responsible for coordinating and managing workflows, liaising with stakeholders, designers and developers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to):

  • Tracking project resource allocation, hours and burn reports and provide on-going project risk management
  • Developing timelines and budgets to ensure proposed concepts and ideas are executable
  • Handling administrative portions of project delivery from inception to launch
  • Ensuring clear communication between design and development, as well as facilitating interaction between teams in order to develop the product in the most innovative and efficient way
  • Communicating with stakeholders regularly throughout the product development lifecycle and garnering appropriate approvals throughout development


  • Three to five years of experience in end-to-end digital project management at a medium-large scale media or consumer product focused company
  • Experience with Agile methodologies; able to carry out Scrum Master's role
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Redmine, or similar issue-trackers; familiarity with distributed version-control systems such as GitHub and with continuous deployment techniques
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Familiarity with design software such as Sketch and Adobe Suite a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; interest in international relations a plus
