The ideal candidate for Director of Advertising & Creative has worked for at least one well-known retail brand as a creative management leader. They need a proven track record of transitioning great teams (both internal and external) through positive engagement, inspiration and collaboration. Strong communication and agility is an imperative with experience producing results in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment. Proven experience in brand development and messaging demonstrates emotional intelligence and creativity to convey to customers what we want them to feel about our brand. But more importantly, this person needs to be data driven with a proven track record of applying segmented marketing plans to show ROI on marketing spend.
This position requires technical expertise around all methods of production, including print, media, email & digital, and a passion for using this expertise to improve processes to reduce production time and costs. Raley's is looking for a thought leader with strong people management skills, experience with media buying and digital targeting.
