Director of Digital Media

Our agency client is looking for their next Director of Digital Media! This is a direct-hire position, and the client is open to both local and nationwide candidates.

As a Digital Media Director, you will act as the agency's voice for digital platforms across planning and activation.

Primary responsibilities:

* Act as right-hand for clients and internal partners to ensure that all digital media campaigns fulfill client expectations

* Develop strategic plans (identifying right platforms and target audiences across multiple platforms)

* Lead a small digital team to ensure overall campaign success

* Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns

* this includes budget and vendor management and billing process

* Coach internal members on your digital strategy knowledge and best practices

The ideal candidate:

* 8+ years' digital media experience, 4+ years in PPC specifically

* Experience using tools like DoubleClick Search, Marin, etc.

* Agency experience

* 3+ years' managing direct reports

* Able to do both strategy and execution

* General knowledge of SEO, site tagging, and Adobe / Google Analytics

* Client facing experience

* Experience pitching to clients is a huge plus
