Our client is looking to build a team of design-thinking professionals who want to build complex and state-of-the-art digital experiences.

Roles below - please indicate which of the 3 you are most passionate about. Apply if you are a creator (most people on this team have design thinking or product side-hustles) and can commit to being fully available remotely in alignment with traditional hours. Say goodbye to LA traffic!

UX DESIGNER (All Levels)

- Interested in portfolios that show your approach to creating something spectacular

- Elevated usage of all design elements

- Strong typography

- Stunning web and mobile work - portfolio should primarily highlight digital work

- Solid wires and flow diagrams

- Experience in translating research, prototyping, developing scenarios

- Elegantly simple architecture

- Experience with Sketch


- Work demonstrates a holistic approach

- Service design mentality

- Portfolio demonstrates an understanding of how audiences interact with brands

- Experience with Sketch

UX ART DIRECTOR (All levels)

- Come from a traditional Digital ACD type of role in an agency

- Have evolved Digital Art Direction from concept development and promotion into Digital Experience Design

- Has led people in the past

- Experience with Sketch
