Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting with the concept and design of digital and print projects by executing creative solutions that align with larger campaigns and brand guidelines. Daily projects include designing marketing emails, editing content for social, and collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designers on product launches. This position reports into our Design Director and works closely with our Senior Graphic Designers, Copywriter, and Photographer.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics and layouts for our website, emails, social channels, and ads

  • Assist in the design of tradeshow booths and store windows

  • Develop signage and sales materials for in-store

  • Mock homepage and site refreshes and create final assets for web team

  • Communicate all necessary information effectively with relevant members of the team throughout the creative process

  • Concept and execute animated GIFs

  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer in larger campaigns and product launches

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused companies

  • A solid creative portfolio that demonstrates experience conceptualizing and executing impactful, engaging creative for web and social platforms

  • Strong knowledge of typography and grid systems

  • Deep understanding of Adobe programs

  • Strong retouching skills is a plus

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in this fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and project management skills with a strength in managing multiple deadlines

  • Hard work ethic, desire to learn and grow

  • Ambitious, outgoing, self-driven and a joy to work with in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
