Our client, a leading financial institution, is in need of an experienced Production Designer to join them onsite at their office in Hudson County (their office is easily commutable by public transportation).

Experience working in the financial industry and/or an agency setting is a plus!

Even though this position is predominately print production and design support, the ideal candidate should be proficient in producing HTML e-mails, Photoshop banners and comfortable working in the digital space, perhaps to make minor changes on layered files for web page updates.

They use Creative Cloud 2015 for Photoshop so if you are familiar with that version it would be a huge plus.

You also need to know Dreamweaver because some of that work will be more involved than just a simple tweak.

The Production Designer will support 3-4 designers and actively collaborate with them on projects so you will need to establish production prioritization and process efficiencies while keeping projects on track w/ accurate mechanicals and ready for print or digital delivery. You need to be focused diligent and have a strong attention to detail (in other words, if revisions are brought to your attention the project shouldn't go through multiple rounds missing the changes).

You must be proficient on both Mac & PC in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and PowerPoint.
