With the exception of our tech team, all employees work in our offices at Brookfield Place in the Financial District of New York City.
The Product team creates important features to solve key business problems through a data-driven methodology. Our process begins with a deep understanding of user needs, and is highly iterative, relying on A/B testing and incrementally experiments. Alternatively, we often make "bold bets" to find non-intuitive breakthroughs.
You will work closely with our CEO, CMO, and engineering and marketing teams on business-critical initiatives. Whether your process starts with sketches, wireframes, prototypes, or code-you will confidently create high-fidelity designs to improve our retail investing platform.
This is a senior product design role leading the direction of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will be constantly seeking out complex problems, obvious or non-obvious, to continually improve the onboarding, investing, and post-investment experience.
