The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for leading all phases of the creative and content process, from concept/campaign creation to overseeing photography and producing graphic design assets to be deployed across our ecommerce presence, digital advertising and print collateral. This is a "hands-on" role that is responsible for not only creating compelling creative campaigns for our online business, but also seeing the development of these campaigns through to completion.


  • Creative.
  • Oversee the development of digital creative and content from concept to completion: harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content and technology.
  • Organize and plan the creative process to ensure highest quality assets are produced for ecommerce, printed materials, and campaigns.
  • Lead and set the direction of creative ideas and delivery for fashion shoots.
  • Produce graphic design assets needed for our online business: including creatives for the site, digital advertising, social media and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the outsourcing of additional graphic design assets, as needed.
  • Photoshoots.
  • Work on all stages of planning and directing still life, lifestyle, and product detail page photography. This includes talent selection, set selection and on-location shoot management.
  • Set styling standards for photography and processes to ensure complete attire "looks" are designated.
  • Determine final edited shots for retouching.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are updated as needed and consistently delivered.
  • Oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets.


  • Bachelor's Degree in design or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry, a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate experience in brand development as well as digital and traditional marketing.
  • Develop creative strategies to address marketing and business objectives.
  • Articulate the creative rationale that drives the concept, its execution and tactics.
  • Anticipate problems and analyze how a problem and its solution will affect other projects, people or processes.
  • Understand that all projects with attention to detail so that work is on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.
  • Confidently and diplomatically steward new ideas through the organization on behalf of the team.
