Our client is a reputable financial institution seeking a TWO Visual Designers to join their growing team in July or August 2017.
They don't want a typical financial background. They want candidates who have a strong eye for design and can recreate their current platform and customer experience.
The first UI/UX Designer will be a senior level candidate who can work with them on their "Investments" platform. This will involve collaborating with Product Managers, QA Testers and Engineers to recreate their current product into a more modern interface that's easier for users to flow through and understand. You will need to design end-to-end customer journeys for the web, mobile and app. The goal is to bring in new customers.
The second UI/UX Designer will be a mid-level Designer who will be working on their core site experiences like the portfolio page, orders page, how people get onboarded and find content, navigating for mobile and migrating their content to the new CMS. The goal will be centered around retaining existing customers.
* 6+ years of UI / UX design experience for the senior and 4+ year for the mid-level candidate.
* Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Invision and Keynote.
* Experience in A/B Testing and informing designs with data.
* Experience defining design systems across devices.
* Experience designing brand identity and guidelines.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* A keen understanding of user behavior as it relates to design.
