Job Description:

Our client is a leader in the healthcare space that improves the health of patients, families, and communities across the US. They need a full time Website Manager to join its team this January.

This role plays 3 main functions:

- Content strategy and governance for digital channels

- Project management - internal and external (agency management)

- User experience knowledge and guidance

The Website Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing digital communications division on web and mobile application channels, including ensuring timely and accurate deployment of campaigns / materials

- Acting as the liaison between project owners, technology team, content strategists and marketing team with responsibility for leading and driving teams to a successful project completion

- Developing content calendar by working with cross-functional teams to understand their priorities, new products, goals and initiatives

- Manage content governance and ensure all digital channels are up to date and accurate

- Serve as an expert in user experience, working with IT and others to optimize layout, content and features across digital channels

- Often also writing or assigning topics to direct reports to write compelling content

Website Manager requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, or related area, with specialized knowledge in a technical field

- 6+ years of experience

- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Launch / - Adobe Analytics, SalesForce, Fonteva (association management system in SalesForce), Microsoft 365, User Zoom usability testing software
